What is Create meme?

Classic memes have an unmistakable style: thick white letters with a black outline at the top and bottom of the image. With this generator you can make your own with any photo in a moment.

You type the top and bottom text and it fits the image width automatically. If you need more, you add extra text boxes and drag them wherever you want. When you are happy with it, download it and share it.

Technical details

Text is drawn in the Impact family (with fallbacks such as Haettenschweiler, Anton or Oswald if it isn't installed), with configurable fill and outline and an outline thickness from 0 to 30% of the font size. The size is expressed as a percentage of the image width (3% to 20%), so the result is proportional at any resolution. Lines are wrapped by word so they don't overflow the width, and manual line breaks are respected. The top and bottom texts are anchored to their edges and the extra ones are positioned freely by dragging. The image is exported at full resolution as JPG or PNG; accepts files up to 40 MB.
