What is Reorder pages?

If a scanned document ended up out of order or you want to move an appendix elsewhere, there is no need to recreate it. Here you see all the pages as thumbnails and drag them into place.

You can also duplicate a page, remove the ones you don't want or reverse the whole order, which is very useful for scans that come out from the last page to the first.

How to use it

  1. Drag in the PDF.
  2. Move the thumbnails by dragging them to the position you want.
  3. Hover over a page to duplicate or remove it.
  4. Use “Reverse order” or “Reset” if needed.
  5. Click “Save new order” and download the PDF.

Advantages

Technical details

The new document is created with pdf-lib by copying the pages in the specified order, which allows pages to be repeated or skipped, without rasterizing their content. Selectable text, images and the original quality are preserved, and the document's title and author are kept. Each thumbnail shows its new position and its original page number so you don't get lost while reordering. Accepts PDFs up to 200 MB.
